As part of your private consultation, if appropriate, your clinician will be able to provide a private prescription that can be taken to any pharmacy for dispensing. This convenient service is designed to offer faster access to necessary medications, especially where the NHS pathways may involve longer wait times or are not appropriate for your specific needs.
What to Expect:
- In-Clinic Consultation: A private prescription can only be issued following a full consultation with one of our registered healthcare professionals, who will assess your individual needs.
- Pharmacy-Ready: If prescribed, your medication can be collected from a pharmacy of your choice, usually on the same day.
- Collaborative Care: Where necessary, our clinicians may contact your NHS GP directly to ensure continuity of care. In some cases, we may request that you liaise with your GP to keep them informed or to support any follow-up required.
